I offer consultation services as simple as an objective analysis of your restaurant based on key metrics to as involved as building the concept from the ground up. My process for helping you build a successful restaurant can be summarized in three categories:

Concept

Building a restaurant that aligns core values and branding starts with the concept. Once we get a better understanding of your concept, we'll design a menu to accomplish your mission and branding to promote it to your target audience.

Design

We'll engineer a to-scale floor plan to optimize your space use for functionality and profitability. The interior design, plateware, music, and atmosphere will be intentionally chosen to enhance your restaurant's brand and values. Don't have a site chosen yet? Don't worry, we can help with site identification as well as lease negotiations if needed.

Operations

From accounting to setting up standard operating procedures, we will assist in setting up support services and making your restaurant operationally sound. My goal is not to run your restaurant for you, but to develop you into a restaurateur and leave you with a strong viable concept.
